Book an NYC Film Studio

Lightbulb Rentals has a set of unique lifestyle film studios and lifestyle photo studios located in Brooklyn NYC that offer creative professionals an inspiring photo environment to create fashion, editorial, music videos, lifestyle shoots, short films, and more. The studios are housed in a renovated warehouse on Wyckoff Avenue, which is now home to artists, designers, and other creatives. The look of our Lifestyle and Cyc studios are a blend of industrial and artistic elements, which give them a distinctive and inviting ambiance.

One of the most striking features of the Lightbulb Rentals’ Brooklyn film studios is the large windows that run along the length of the building. The windows in our New York City studios are framed with dark metal casings that complement the red brick walls of the building. These windows allow natural light to flood into the studios, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that is perfect for creativity. The windows also offer stunning views of the surrounding neighborhood, including the bustling streets of Bushwick and the iconic Brooklyn skyline.

Inside the studios, the industrial studio theme continues with exposed brick walls and concrete floors. The ceilings are high, creating a sense of spaciousness that encourages free expression. The decor is minimalistic, with simple furnishings that provide a blank canvas for creativity.

The studios are also equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that cater to the needs of filmmaking professionals. There are private offices, communal workspaces, hair and makeup rooms, all of which are designed to foster collaboration and inspire innovation. The communal areas are decorated with vibrant furniture and artistic style that add a pop of color to the industrial backdrop.

Overall, the look of Lightbulb Rentals Brooklyn studios is a testament to the creativity and ingenuity of the Brooklyn community. The space has been transformed from a derelict warehouse into a vibrant hub of photo, music, events, and filmmaking activity. Its unique blend of industrial and artistic elements creates a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that inspires creativity and fosters innovation.
