We’ll carefully prep, pack and ship the gear to you to arrive the day before your shoot.
You only pay for the days you shoot with the gear.
Use the included return label to mail the equipment back within 24 hours after your shoot ends.
It’s that easy!
We are great at shipping camera hardware, lenses, and expendables to your shoot, wherever you need them in the USA.
We do not charge anything extra for shipping equipment beyond the basic cost of freight.
We only ship with UPS: Next Day Early AM, Next Day, or 2-Day. We do not ship via Ground or USPS due to inconsistent delivery times.
We are happy to use your UPS account number, or your freight handler if you’d prefer. Just let us know as you’re booking.
We do not ship some items in small volumes: Rigging Pipe, Large stands, Sandbags, Distro Cable, and similar. If you’re interested in a large volume of those items, talk with us about freight options to pallet them to your location.
Before we can pack it up, let’s make sure we can hook you up.
Sure! We offer UPS (and occasionally Fedex) as our house carriers, but you are welcome to provide your own shipping carrier if you’d like. We can send you weights and dimensions for you to generate a label and send it back to your rental agent.
As the US shipping market has changed over the last few years, our carriers no longer guarantee specific delivery times on any class of service. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times once the package leaves our hands. We’ll refund if we make a mistake in processing an order, but if it’s a carrier delay, we cannot offer refunds.
If you need delivery in a rush, please make sure to let us know in your Quote Request. Our rental team will do our best to make it happen!
For most weekdays, if we confirm an order by 2:30 PM EST, we can ship it the same day via UPS or Fedex. Confirm means “Signed, paid, and insured”.
We will do our best to ship the same day, but we will be clear if we know we cannot accommodate same-day shipping.
Large Freight orders must be confirmed (signed, paid and insured) by 4 PM EST the day before they are scheduled to ship or they will not be released.
We require “signature receipt” on all packages, no exceptions.
Unfortunately, we cannot waive this requirement. If you cannot be home to sign for the package, we highly recommend shipping it to a FedEx Office location or a UPS Store.
We offer shipping to all commercial and residential addresses in the continental USA except:
We require orders to be fully paid (including shipping) before we put any boxes in the mail. No exceptions.
Sorry to hear that happened. We do our best to get packages out in time, but delays do happen.
If the delay is our fault and the equipment is completely unusable, we are happy to refund the order with apologies.
However, if any of the following are true:
… then we do not guarantee any refunds in those cases. We will do our best to work with you and figure out an amenable solution.
If the delay is our fault and the equipment is still partially useable for some period of days, we will refund half of the shipping and the days the gear was still in inbound transit. You will still be expected to pay for the remaining shoot days and return shipping.
