Equipped with a high-performance 32-bit processor, this adapter supports phase-detect and contrast-detect autofocus systems, enables aperture control from the camera body, and facilitates smooth iris effects with select lenses. It communicates distance information with supported lenses for 5-axis stabilization and includes a programmable function button, electronic manual focusing (focus-by-wire), and Exif data transmission to the camera. In-lens image stabilization is also supported, and certain camcorders and mirrorless cameras display distance and zoom information. Auto magnification can be activated, and the adapter automatically switches into APS-C mode based on the lens used.
