Nikon SB-910 Speedlight

Among Nikon’s largest on-camera flash units, the SB-910 AF Speedlight from Lightbulb Rentals offers excellent power, a wide array of features, and a Commander mode for wireless TTL control. It is compatible with the i-TTL system for automatic metering with both FX- and DX-format cameras and is part of the Nikon Creative Lighting System, ensuring comprehensive control over your lighting setup. The flash has a guide number of 111.5′ at ISO 100 and 35mm, providing ample illumination for your subjects. The auto zoom head covers a range of 17-200mm with FX-format cameras, extendable down to 12mm using the built-in wide-angle diffusion panel.
Complete bounce and swivel functionality allows users to tilt the flash from -7° to 90° and rotate it 180° left or right for full 360° coverage. The SB-910 offers three different illumination patterns—standard, even, and center-weighted—to shape the light output according to specific needs. For wireless master TTL functionality, the speedlight utilizes a Commander Mode, enabling Advanced Wireless Lighting settings for controlling multiple off-camera flashes in 3 groups (A, B, C) and one of 4 channels.
Additional features include a stroboscopic repeating flash mode adjustable from 1-100 Hz, and various sync modes like slow, Auto FP high-speed, first, and second curtain sync. Red-eye reduction and red-eye reduction slow sync settings are also available. The flash mounts to the camera or stand with a locking hot shoe and is powered by 4 AA batteries, offering a recycle time of 2.3-4.5 seconds depending on the battery type and power setting. The SB-910 can also serve as the master unit in SU-4 type wireless multiple flash-unit photography.
Included with the SB-910 AF Speedlight are several useful tools and accessories. It has a built-in wide-angle diffusion panel and a white slide-out bounce card for direct light and catch lights. A diffusion dome softens the flash output, and fluorescent and incandescent color correction filters help balance the flash with ambient light. These accessories, along with a stand, are packaged in the SS-910 Soft Case, specifically designed for the SB-910 and its accessories.
