The EyeDirect Mark II from Lightbulb Rentals offers a versatile solution for maintaining eye contact with on-camera talent or interview subjects while using your camera. Unlike traditional teleprompters that display lines for subjects to read, the Mark II enhances interaction by allowing subjects to view various images or views while looking directly into the camera.

Suitable for DSLR, mirrorless, full-size camcorders, and digital cinema cameras with large lenses, the Mark II supports iPads or tablets up to 7 x 10 inches and 3/8 inches thick (tablet and prompting software not included). Its 50/50 beamsplitter enables the talent to see text without it appearing on the camera image.

The design shines when the tablet is removed, allowing subjects to maintain direct eye contact with the camera while also seeing the interviewer's face. This setup enhances natural interaction and engagement during interviews or filming sessions.

Additionally, you can insert images or headlines into the subject's eyeline without them needing to look away from the camera.
