Grip Rental in Philadelphia
Stands, flags, nets, frames, clamps, rigging, and the dolly and track that make the camera move — grip is the connective tissue of the set. We rent it by the working kit, so the flags have stands, the frames have the right textiles, and nothing arrives needing a hardware-store run.
Past this point: the homework we did so Google would let you find us.
Grip Rental for Philadelphia Productions
Control is the whole job — cutting a window, flagging a flare, rigging a source where there’s nothing to mount to. Philly’s tight interiors and brick exteriors mean a lot of clever rigging, so we send grip as complete kits: stands and sandbags that match the fixtures, flags and frames for the look, and the clamps and rigging to put light where the room won’t help you.
What is in a grip package?
C-stands and combo stands, sandbags, flags, nets and silks, frames and textiles, apple boxes, clamps and cardellinis, and the rigging hardware to mount and secure it all. We size it to your lighting and camera plan.
Do you rent dolly and track?
Yes — doorway and standard dollies with the track and leveling for your floor, spec’d to the camera build’s weight. Tell us the move and the space and we’ll include the right base.
Can you rig a light where there is nothing to mount to?
That’s what the rigging kit is for — wall spreaders, clamps, pipe, and hardware to put a source in a window or off a ceiling. Describe the location and we’ll pack for it.
Can you deliver grip to my Philadelphia set?
Yes, across the metro and to the regional stages, matched to your lighting and camera orders so the stands and bags fit the fixtures they’re carrying.
Do I need insurance to rent grip?
For the larger kits and dolly/track, yes — the standard COI naming us as additional insured. We’ll confirm what your package requires.
