The Aputure STORM 700x is a 700-watt tunable-white point source that carries the STORM line's daylight-to-tungsten range in a lighter, more mobile package than the 1200x. Its BLAIR five-diode engine covers 2500K to 10000K at 95+ CRI and TLCI, with full green and magenta correction across the ASC MITC range, so it matches mixed practicals and holds skin tones cleanly. Fitted with the CF10 spot it reaches about 56,200 lux at three meters, and dimming is stepless from 0.1 to 100 percent across four curves.
The head and control box are IP65 weatherproof for exteriors and long outdoor days, cooled by a four-mode fan with a silent setting for sound-sensitive sets. Control runs on-board, through the Sidus Link app, wired DMX/RDM, or wireless CRMX, and ten built-in effects with savable presets cover flicker, lightning, and other looks. Lightbulb supplies it as a kit with the ProLock Bowens reflector, control box, and cabling.
Lightbulb rents the Aputure STORM 700x Kit along with thousands of other items with next-day pickup or regional delivery across New York and Pennsylvania. Every order is fully inspected and prepped before it ships, and our team can help you build a matching package, add expendables, or answer technical questions before your shoot.
