Canon C300 Mark III Production Kit

The Canon EOS C300 Mark III Digital Cinema Camera, available at Lightbulb Rentals, features a Super 35mm Dual Gain Output sensor capable of capturing up to 16 stops of high dynamic range for superior HDR recording with minimal noise. The EF lens mount provides compatibility not only with Canon's extensive lineup of DSLR lenses but also with EF-mount cinema primes, zooms, and anamorphic lenses in 2.0 and 1.33 ratios. Users can also opt for a separately available PL mount for added versatility. Powering the sensor is the Canon DiGIC DV7 image processor, leveraging raw sensor data for various applications including high frame rate recording, raw capture, HDR-PQ output, electronic image stabilization (EIS), and proxy recording. DCI 4K video can be recorded to dual CFexpress cards, with additional image storage available via an SD card slot. High frame rates of up to 120 fps in 4K raw and 180 fps in 2K cropped mode are supported. The camera offers Canon's Cinema RAW Light and XF-AVC recording formats, delivering DCI 4K images in a 10-bit, 4:2:2 Long GOP codec. Proxy recording enhances post-production efficiency. For enhanced post-production flexibility, the C300 Mark III features Canon's Log 2 and Log 3 gamma modes, optimizing tonal reproduction across highlight and shadow areas while expanding dynamic range. Custom user LUTs can be applied to monitors, the LCD, or viewfinder for precise color accuracy. Canon's Dual Pixel CMOS AF supports accurate autofocus, touch AF, and face detection capabilities. Connectivity options include up to 12G-SDI output via a single BNC cable, timecode I/O, and genlock input BNCs. The camera supports up to 4-channel audio via internal mic, mini-mic input, and XLR ports, with expansion capabilities for up to four XLR inputs via an optional unit. Its modular design allows for customized configurations, from a stripped-down setup to fully accessorized with the included handle, 4.3" rotating touchscreen LCD unit, grip, and thumb rest.
